Welcome to Cartrizz! By using https://cartrizz.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cartrizz. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the site, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account (Optional)

You can use Cartrizz completely without an account — nothing is saved permanently in that case.

If you choose to create an account so your lists are saved, you may sign up or log in using:

• Google Sign-In, or
• Email address and password

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cartrizz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

Cartrizz is a simple grocery list tool. You agree to use it only for lawful, personal purposes and not to:

• Upload or share harmful, illegal, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without written permission
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity
• Use the site for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling access)

4. Ownership & License

We own the Cartrizz website, code, design, and all default grocery categories/items. You own your personal lists and custom items. By saving them with an account, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display them to you across your devices.

5. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Cartrizz (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable or if data is lost due to technical issues, maintenance, or shutdown.

6. No Warranties

Cartrizz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee it will be error-free, always available, or that your data will never be lost. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cartrizz — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You can delete your own account anytime from Settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Cartrizz after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina.
